A very nice vintage fine bone china cup and saucer made in England by Hammersley.

The floral design features a pretty combination of flowers, with different types on each piece, both accented with teal and gold trim, as well as a gold filigree motif.  Both cup and saucer are scalloped and cup is also footed with a fancy handle design.
I believe that the floral sprays are hand painted / accented,  as near the rose on saucer is signature;  F. Howard

Both cup and saucer back stamped with company name and logo.

The set is in very nice condition, with no chips or cracks, just a small glaze scratch to saucer and slight wear to one painted leaf, right where cup rests on saucer.  Gold trim looks excellent; probably cabinet pieces.
