This attractive antique sterling silver serving bowl is a very large, deep example manufactured by Whiting, c. 1900.

It is an extremely well made, high quality old production bowl, featuring ornate floral flower basket medallions, highlighted with very fine pierced edge detail.

It is a solid type construction, not just a thin stamped or blown out design.  This substantial serving piece weighs 10.58 Troy ounces.

It is in very nice antique estate condition, with no dings, dents, pings, creases, etc.
