Domestic Shipping and Handling Time
Buyer prepays domestic shipping, which includes
insurance, via USPS Priority Insured mail, unless otherwise stated. Multiple purchases,
made on a single day will gladly be combined.
Our Shipping Rate Chart provides detailed
cost information.
Merchandise paid via electronic methods usually ships within 48
hours. (business days) Other payment methods ship upon clearance; approximately
ten business days.
International Shipping
As credit card merchants we are required to ship any item valued
at $250.00 or more with Insurance AND delivery confirmation. For International shipping
USPS Express (or equivalent) is often the only option that meets this requirement.
Unfortunately
most countries prohibit Express shipping of gold, silver or platinum. Subsequently,
if the value exceeds $250.00 we CANNOT ship any precious metal, in any form, to an
International location.
We CAN ship gold and silver purchases of less than $250.00
to most International locations. Non-metal purchases, valued at $250.00 or more,
can be shipped Internationally via Express, however be advised, this method is more
expensive than USPS Priority.
Please inquire in advance regarding cost.
Custom documents will be accurately completed; we cannot be held responsible for
customs delays, fees or other issues.
Insurance
Insurance is required and is included in the Shipping cost. Once shipped,
if purchase fails to arrive or arrives damaged, (we have never had this happen) Buyer
should notify us immediately to initiate Insurance based refund from shipper. We
will provide shipping, insurance and tracking forms in a timely manner and refund
will be made by Shipper, (USPS/UPS) directly to Buyer.
Terms of Sale
We specialize in antique, vintage and estate items, so unless otherwise noted all
merchandise has been previously owned and is in used condition. Every item is carefully
inspected, cleaned/polished if deemed appropriate, photographed and carefully described,
including current condition and any noted imperfections, regardless how minor. If
description does not include information buyer requires, please contact us prior
to purchase for additional details and/or clarification.
Refunds
If we make a substantial/significant omission, error or oversight in our description
or photographs, we will gladly refund total purchase price, including shipping and
insurance. Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
