This pair of very high quality antique multi strap Edwardian
shoes, c. 1909, feature fine dark brown leather exteriors, with slightly lighter
brown full leather linings and matching insoles, as well as leather outer soles.
Straps, vamps and toes are ornately decorated with sparkling faceted and cut bronze
steel beads. Each strap is secured with attractive mother of pearl buttons. Flattering

An interesting and harder to find pair of men's house shoes, dating from the
19th century mid Victorian era, apx. 1850 - 1870, possibly slightly earlier. They
are finely beaded on velvet, with darker velvet trim at throat, plus leather soles
and stacked heels. Interiors are lined in black and purple silk, with full red leather
insoles. The beaded vamps feature an interesting grape and leaf design.... more information

Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty Bound Feet Lotus Shoes ~ Never Worn
This interesting pair of antique Chinese bound feet shoes date to the Qing Dynasty,
likely late 19th or early 20th century. This particular pair of Lotus, or Lily shoes
as they are sometimes called, have never been worn and remain attached (sewn) together
with their original string. Likely intended for a special occasion they are made
of a fine silk brocade in a harder to find, not often seen color that I will call
Golden Almond or Golden Cream....more information
